Psychosocial Care Network: development and validation of a multidimensional instrument to assess implementation (IMAI-RAPS)

Abstract This is a methodological study for the development and validation of Multidimensional Instrument Evaluating Implementation Psychosocial Care Network (IMAI-RAPS) in Minas Gerais (MG)/Brazil. The was carried out three stages: evaluability study, IMAIRAPS, application Delphi Technique content appearance questions. analysis official documents, literature review structured engagement with program members were to clarify its operationalization focus on central aspects be evaluated. A theoreticallogical model RAPS built according Donabedian triad: structure, process result organized into: Minimum Units (Mental Health Rehabilitation), Connectivity (Network Articulation), Integration (Governance Management Care), Normativity Policy Participation Social Control), Subjectivity Structure (Services, Logistics System Education). IMAI-RAPS derived from this model, which validated by 44 experts field, indicating approach relevant, useful viable questions evaluating structure implementing MG. use made it possible developed products marked scholars or professionals different regions country, increasing analytical power tool.
